  • Elected as Vice president of ISCCM( Indian society of Critical care Medicine) for year 2022-2024. Also worked as Executive member of ISCCM from 2013- 2017.
  • Honorary President India Association Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition (IAPEN) for 2023-2024.
  • Post M.D. Work experience of almost 28 years.
  • Worked with Dr. Shirish Prayag sir at Pune for 2 years as a consultant Intensivist & then worked as In Charge ICU, Poona Hospital, Pune.
  • Medical Director and Director ICU at MIT super specialty Hospital, Aurangabad. MIT is a 80 bedded hospital with 20 bed of ICU.
  • Worked as An In Charge ICU at Dhoot Hospital, Aurangabad for 7 years.
  • Worked as a Chairman and Secretary of ISCCM, Aurangabad branch.
  • Pioneer in starting BLS, ACLS, and ITLS in Marathwada region.
  • Instructor of BASIC course of CUHK.
  • Faculty in National and State critical care conferences.
  • Special interest in Training of doctors and paramedics in critical care.
  • Mechanical ventilation, Infection control, Economical management in critically ill.
  • Organising chairman of MAHACRITICON 2014 , a well appreciated state critical care conference.
  • Started first cadaver organ donation in Marathwada region and 2 brain dead patients relatives mobilised for multiple organ donations in our area.
  • Certified Assessor for assessment of Health Care Organization against NABH accreditation for Pre-Accreditation Entry level hospitals and SHCO standards

    • Treated almost 10000 patients and manage 100 bedded ICU at MGM medical college with team as an in charge
    • Public awareness You tube video was seen by > 500 viewers
    • Published many articles in local newspapers. Addressed public and medical gathering about covid. Interviews displayed on many news channels during epidemic


  • Social contribution:
    • Trustee of HALO (Health and Auto Learning Organisation) working in rural parts of Osmanabad. HALO is a NGO working for working for rural area for awareness of heath and providing health care at affordable cost
    • Running ambulance “ ICU on wheels” from last 15 years donated by Lion’s club of Midtown, Aurangabad. This is unique ambulance service to shift critically ill patients with all ICU facilities and trained manpower
